Fingrid's tariff on Finnish - Russian 400 kV cross border connection changes from 1.1.2017

Fingrid applies dynamic cross border tariff on 400 kV cross border connections with Russia. The tariff level is adjusted with two coefficients. Coefficient kcap is applied during Russian market peak hours and coefficient knoncap is applied during off-peak hours. Fingrid reduces the coefficient kcap from 1.1.2017 on from value 0,35 to 0,1. This change is valid both for export and import.
