Fingrid again one of the great places to work in Finland, rising from 25th to 10th place

The company took part in the survey for the third time. A total of 156 organisations participated in the survey, with the 50 best published today here.

The last time Fingrid participated in the survey was in 2014, when it was placed 25th. Two years of systematic development paid off; this year, Fingrid came 10th in the medium-sized company series. Fingrid employees engage in meaningful work, every day, and are happy and dedicated to their work. They enable the success of the organisation in many ways.

The survey was carried out by Great Place to Work® Finland, which prepares an annual analysis of the best workplaces in Finland. The list is an impartial indicator of a good place to work.
