Fingrid Oyj signed EUR 300 million revolving credit facility
Fingrid Oyj signed on 11 December 2015 a five-year EUR 300 million revolving credit facility agreement. The facility has two one year extension options. This facility replaces the EUR 250 million facility signed in 2011.ING Bank and Danske Bank were the coordinators of the facility together with the following mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners: BNP Paribas, Nordea Bank, Pohjola Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (Facility Agent) and Swedbank.
