Fingrid has established a new Euro-Commercial Paper Programme

As of 29 March 2004 Fingrid has a new Euro-Commercial Paper Programme of EUR 600,000,000. This new Programme replaces the old ECP-programme.

The Arranger of the Programme is Barclays Capital. Appointed as dealers are Barclays Capital, JPMorgan and ING Financial Markets. The Agent Bank is JP Morgan Chase Bank.

The Programme is assigned credit ratings Prime-1 from Moody's Investor's Service and A-1+ from Standard & Poor's Rating Services.
