National mFRR capacity market platform change to Fifty NMMS is postponed to November

National Finnish mFRR capacity market platform change to Fifty NMMS will be postponed from 22.10. to November 2024. The new market platform will implement changes to the national market that contradict the national mFRR terms & conditions. The new market platform can be taken into use after the Finnish National Regulatory Authority (NRA) has approved the new terms & conditions. 

The original golive date of national mFRR capacity market, 22.10., is not in effect anymore. The new golive date of national mFRR capacity market platform change is during week 46 (11.11. – 17.11.), the specific date will be announced later. 

The golive date of Nordic mFRR capacity market is still 19.11. meaning that the period of national mFRR capacity market on the Fifty NMMS platform will be shorter than originally planned. This has not been identified to increase the risks on Nordic mFRR golive.
