Helena Walldén fortsätter som styrelseordförande för Fingrid Abp

Fingrid Abp:s ordinarie bolagsstämma hölls idag den 14.4.2015 i Helsingfors. Bolagsstämman godkände bokslutet för år 2014, fastställde resultaträkningen och balansräkningen samt beviljade styrelsen och verkställande direktören ansvarsfrihet.
Bolagsstämman valde Fingrid Abp:s styrelse för år 2015. Som styrelsemedlemmar fortsätter Helena Walldén (ordförande), Juha Majanen (vice ordförande), Juhani Järvi och Esko Torsti. Som ny medlem valdes Sanna Syri. Styrelsemedlemmarna presenteras på bolagets webbplats.
 
Bolagsstämman beslutade att betala ut 21 655,44 euro i utdelning till A-seriens aktier och 16 038,49 euro till B-seriens aktier, sammanlagt 65 000 001,35 euro.
 
Till revisor för bolaget valdes revisionsbyrån PricewaterhouseCoopers Ab, som utsett Jouko Malinen till huvudansvarig revisor.
