Henrik Kofod appointed as Nordic RCC’s CEO

Henrik Kofod has been appointed as the CEO of Nordic RCC A/S, effective 1 July 2022.

Henrik Kofod is an experienced commercially oriented CIO/CTO professional with a strong experience from the international technology and telco industry. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Informatics & Financial Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Kofod joins Nordic RCC from Andel Group, where he heads the IT infrastructure. Prior to that, he has worked amongst other things at Telia Danmark, GN Store Nord and GN ReSound in different business and IT management positions.

He will join the Nordic RSC, the joint office for the four electricity transmission system operators on May first, and take up his position as the CEO of Nordic RCC A/S on 1 July 2022. The RSC supports the national TSOs (Fingrid, Svenska Kraftnät, Stattnet and Energinet) in maintaining the operational security of the power systems across the Nordic region. In July 2022, Nordic RSC will be established as an independent company, Nordic RCC A/S, in alignment with EU regulation.
