Aggregated regulating bids

The quarter-hourly sum of regulation bid submitted by Finnish participants to the mFRR energy market.

For exclusive bids, only the largest or the activated offer is included in the sum.
For conditional bids, only those that have been in a usable state are included.
Unavailable bids are excluded from the sum.

Up-regulating Offer

A bid submitted to the balancing energy market to increase production or reduce consumption.
When a bid is activated, the balancing service provider sells balancing energy to Fingrid.

Down-regulating Bid

A bid submitted to the balancing energy market to reduce production or increase consumption.
When a bid is activated, the balancing service provider purchases balancing energy from Fingrid.
