Public Consultation on the imbalance settlement harmonization proposal
ENTSO-E (European Network of Transmission System Operators) has opened a consultation that concerns the All TSO proposal to further specify and harmonise imbalance settlement as requested by the Balancing Guideline.
The proposal describes inter alia the calculation of position and the main components used for the imbalance price calculation.
The public consultation continues until 28th of September 2018.
The public consultation is hold to receive feedback from the stakeholder prior to sending the imbalance settlement harmonization proposal to regulators for their approval. The feedback on the proposal can be given by ENTSO-E online Survey format, which can be found here.
