Venäjän rajasiirtojen tuotot ja kustannukset 2020

Venäjän 400 kilovoltin siirrosta aiheutuneet kustannukset olivat 10,8 ja kerätyt tuotot 6,2 miljoonaa euroa vuonna 2020. Kustannukset ja tuotot ovat ilman läpisiirtomaksua (ITC-maksu). Tariffituoton alijäämä oli 4,6 miljoonaa euroa. Keskeisimpänä syynä tariffituoton alijäämään oli Suomen aluehinnan lasku.

Vuoden 2020 aikana Fingrid nosti Venäjän rajasiirtomaksua 400 kilovoltin yhteydellä. Noston syynä oli maksutulojen sovittaminen rajakaupan aiheuttamiin kustannuksiin valvontakauden 2020-2023 aikana.

Vastaavasti 110 kilovoltin siirrosta aiheutuneet kustannukset olivat noin 0,6 ja kerätyt tuotot noin 0,4 miljoonaa euroa vuonna 2020. Kustannukset ja tuotot ovat ilman läpisiirtomaksua (ITC-maksu). Tariffituoton alijäämä oli noin 0,2 miljoonaa euroa.

Fingridin tavoitteena on tasata rajasiirron aiheuttamat kustannukset ja saadut tulot valvontakauden 2020-2023 aikana.
