Pohjoismaisen tasehallintasopimus julki ja tasehallintarakenne-ehdotus toimitettu Energiavirastolle

Viisi pohjoismaista kantaverkkoyhtiötä solmi 9.3.2018 yhteistyösopimuksen uuden pohjoismaisen tasehallintamallin kehittämisestä ja käynnisti heti sen jälkeen julkisen kuulemisen yhteisestä taajuudensäätöblokista.


Nyt yhteisesti julkaistussa yhteistyösopimuksessa hahmotellaan kantaverkkoyhtiöiden roolit ja vastuut. Se sitouttaa viisi pohjoismaista kantaverkkoyhtiötä seuraamaan yhteistä tiekarttaa uuden tasehallintamallin ja yhteisten tasehallintamarkkinoiden toteuttamiseksi. Sopimuksessa hahmotellaan myös, miten uudenlaisia, yhteismarkkinoita ja -tehtäviä tukevia markkina-alustoja kehitetään uudessa tasehallintarakenteessa.


Fingrid on toimittanut 23.4. pohjoismaisten kantaverkkoyhtiöiden yhdessä sopiman ehdotuksen taajuudensäätöblokista Energiaviraston hyväksyttäväksi. Hyväksyttäväksi lähetty ehdotus ja ehdotusta taustoittava dokumentti löytyvät tiedotteen liitteistä. Kantaverkkoyhtiöt järjestivät taajuudensäätöblokkia koskevasta ehdotuksesta julkisen kuulemisen ja muokkasivat ehdotusta saadun palautteen pohjalta.
