Muutoksia Fingrid Oyj:n omistusrakenteessa

Valtion Eläkerahasto ja Keskinäinen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Elo ovat 25.9.2015 toteutetulla järjestelyllä päättäneet sijoittaa pääosan omistamistaan Fingrid Oyj:n B-osakkeista Aino Kommandiittiyhtiöön. Järjestelyn jälkeen Aino Ky:n muodostavat Pohjola Vakuutus Oy, OP-Henkivakuutus Oy, OP-Eläkekassa, OP Eläkesäätiö sekä Valtion Eläkerahasto ja Keskinäinen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Elo.

​Kaupan myötä Aino Ky:n omistus Fingridissä nousee 26,4 prosenttiin. Valtion Eläkerahaston ja Keskinäisen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Elon suora omistus Fingrid Oyj:stä laskee molempien osalta 0,03 prosenttiin.

Osakeluovutusten jälkeen Fingridin omistusrakenne on seuraava:
