Suomen valtion luottoluokituksen lasku johti Fingridin luottoluokituksen laskuun, näkymät vakaat

Kansainvälinen luottoluokituslaitos Standard & Poor's Rating Services (S&P) on 14.10.2014 laskenut Fingrid Oyj:n pitkäaikaisen luottoluokituksen luokkaan "A+", näkymät vakaat (outlook stable). Luottoluokituksen lasku on suora seuraus Suomen valtion luottoluokituksen laskusta. Uudet luokitukset S&P:lta ovat näin ollen: "A+" (pitkäaikaisella globaalilla asteikolla, long-term global scale rating), aiemmin "AA-" ja "A-1" (lyhytaikaisella globaalilla asteikolla, short-term global scale rating), aiemmin "A-1+". Muuttumattomana säilyi luokitus "K1" (pohjoismaisella asteikolla, Nordic regional scale rating).

Luottoluokituksen perustana oleva yhtiön oma luottoprofiili (Stand-Alone Credit Profile), joka ei ota huomioon valtion omistuksesta seuraavaa tukea, on edelleen tasolla "a".
