Voimajohtotyömaalla Mikkelissä sattui tänään perjantaiaamuna vakava onnettomuus

Fingridin 400 kV Yllikkälä-Huutokoski työmaalla sattui aamulla hieman ennen kahdeksaa vakava työtapaturma, jossa nostotyön yhteydessä loukkaantui kolme työntekijää. Välijohtimien asennustyössä käytetty nostokoriauto kaatui kyljelleen ilmeisesti maan petettyä tukijalan alta. Loukkaantuneet on toimitettu sairaalahoitoon.
Tapauksen onnettomuustutkinta on käynnistetty.
 
Noin kuukausi sitten Fingridin Yllikkälä-Huutokoski -linjan voimajohtotyömaalla yksi henkilö menehtyi sähköiskuun. Tapahtuneet onnettomuudet eivät liity toisiinsa ja ovat erittäin harvinaisia.
 
Fingridissä kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota työturvallisuuteen. Tällaisten tapausten jälkeen Fingrid selvittää aina, voidaanko nykyisiä toimintatapoja kehittää siten, etteivät vastaavanlaiset tapaukset toistu jatkossa.
