Helena Walldén Fingrid Oyjn hallituksen puheenjohtajaksi

Fingrid Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous pidettiin tänään 3.5.2011 Helsingissä. Yhtiökokous hyväksyi tilinpäätöksen vuodelta 2010, vahvisti tuloslaskelman ja taseen sekä myönsi vastuuvapauden hallituksen jäsenille ja toimitusjohtajalle.

Yhtiökokous hyväksyi muutokset yhtiöjärjestykseen, joista keskeisimmät ovat hallituksen jäsenten määrän väheneminen seitsemästä viiteen, hallituksen päätöksen kolmen neljäsosan enemmistövaatimuksen poistaminen sekä yhtiön neuvottelukunnan jäsenmäärän nosto kahdestatoista neljääntoista.

Yhtiökokous valitsi vuodelle 2011 Fingrid Oyj:n hallituksen puheenjohtajan, varapuheenjohtajan ja muut hallituksen jäsenet sekä heille henkilökohtaiset varajäsenet. Lisäksi valittiin kaksi varsinaista jäsentä ja varaedustajaa, joiden toimikausi päättyy sen jälkeen, kun yhtiöjärjestysmuutokset on rekisteröity.

Yhtiön tilintarkastajaksi valittiin tilintarkastusyhteisö PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
