Fingrid’s Annual Report for 2025 has been published

Today, on 24 March 2026, Fingrid has published its 2025 annual report.

The annual report consists of four separate reports:

• Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements
• Corporate Governance Statement
• Remuneration Report

The Annual Report is available in Finnish and English on the company website at https://www.fingrid.fi/en/annualreport

The annual report provides a clear picture of Fingrid’s operations and results in 2025 and explains the company’s operating practices and future outlook.

The Report of Board of Directors includes a sustainability report in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This is the second year that Fingrid reports in accordance with the ESRS standards. The sustainability report has been assured by an external and independent party.

The Corporate Governance Statement contains information on the company’s governance. The Remuneration Report, in turn, describes the remuneration of the Board of Directors, the President & CEO, and the Deputy CEO during the 2025 financial year.

In addition, an annual review “Fingrid’s Year 2025”, has been published, highlighting the most significant events and achievements of the year.
