New mFRR terms & conditions come into effect November 12 and mFRR capacity market is changed to new market platform

Finnish National Regulatory Authority (Energiavirasto) has given a decision on new mFRR terms & conditions, which will come into effect November 12.

New terms & conditions enable the national mFRR capacity market transition to the Nordic market platform (Fifty NMMS). Introduction to the Nordic market platform is done on Tuesday November 12. First day to receive market results from the new platform is November 13. 

Gate opening time for submitting bids is November 5 at 00:00 EET and gate closure time for submitting bids is November 12 at 08:30 EET.

Introduction of Nordic mFRR capacity market is on November 19. 

Official decision on additional mFRR terms & conditions have not yet been received. Fingrid will inform as soon as decision is received.
