Fingrid invites the TSOs to prepare a common proposal on the Nordic balancing structure
The new system operation guideline requires a common preparing of the proposal.
Yesterday Fingrid invited the Nordic transmission system operators to prepare a common proposal on the Nordic balancing structure.
The system operation guideline that has entered into force on the 14th of September 2017 requires that the transmission system operators prepare a balancing structure proposal in common. The proposal is due to be ready next January.
Fingrid finds it important that the preparation is open and transparent and that every stakeholder is involved.
