Changes in Fingrid Oyj's ownership structure

LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company and LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company have sold their shares in Fingrid to the State Pension Fund. The transaction was completed 9 April 2015.

After the transaction, Fingrid's ownership structure is as follows:

State of Finland 41.56%
Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company 19.88%
The State Pension Fund 17.47 %
National Emergency Supply Agency 11.58%
Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company 4.51%
Pohjola Insurance Ltd 4.51%
Imatran Seudun Sähkö Oy 0.30%
Fennia Life Insurance Company Ltd 0.18%
