Peak load capacity will be shifted over to power generation readiness of one month

As the winter period ends the condensing power plants participating in the maintaining of peak load capacity will be shifted over to power generation readiness of maximum one month for rest of the period from 1 of March to 30 of June, 2013.

The Energy Market Authority is putting peak load capacity out to tender for the following period.

Finnish peak load capacity was not activated during the winter period from 1 of December, 2012 to 28 of February, 2013.
