Cable failure on Fenno-Skan 2 interconnection
The new Fenno-Skan 2 interconnection between Finland and Sweden tripped Friday morning 17th February 2012 at 7:04 (eet). According to the test measures the failure is located to the submarine cable. The accurate failure localization continues together with Svenska Kraftnät. The interconnection will be out of operation probably several months.
