Fingrid Oyj (formerly Suomen Kantaverkko Oy) redeems debenture of capital loan nature (ISIN-code FI0002001546), issued on 1 September 1997, on the first possible early redemption date on 15 May 2007.

bove mentioned loan's principal will be redeemed as specified under Section 7 b) in the terms and conditions of the loan on 15 May 2007 at 100 % together with the interest accrued by the redemption date. The loan's principal is EUR 137 914 099.68.
