Landscape towers
The new 110 kilovolt (kV) and 400 kV landscape towers designed for urban areas and areas which are delicate in terms of scenery, such as crossing of waterways, represent Fingrid’s technical approach which respects the natural environment. The landmark near a multi-level junction of ring road Kehä III in Espoo is a unique piece of environmental art composed of three 400 kV towers, soaring to a height of 34 metres.
