Measured flow

Measured electricity exchange between Finland and Sweden (SE1). Measured electricity exchange may differ from commercial flow because of loss optimization. North-south power flows in Finland and Sweden are controlled by Fenno-Skan DC-links. The optimization is done so that the transfer losses are minimal in Sweden and Finland.
