This is how it happens:
1) Click "Install" which opens a new browser window and you are directed to Adobe website.

2) Click "Install now" at the bottom of the page.
Important: With Internet Explorer you might hear a "plop"-sound.
In this case you will see a yellow bar on top of the window. Do a right mouse-click on top of this bar and select "Install ActiveX...".

4) A question appears where you are asked to confirm installation of new Flash Player,
click "Yes". The installation is ready within a few seconds.
Important: If the installation does not succeed, it is most likely due to company policy restricting installation of new software. In this case please contact your technical support.

5) Close the browser window.
